Writing
Writing should be no longer than 1000 words maximum.
The writer can choose to remain anonymous if requested.
Imagery will be chosen at the discretion of the production manager.
This can include prose, poetry, articles, short stories, manifestos/think-pieces, reviews, recipes, interviews, and other non-visual works.
Please note: Longer work may need to be cut for space. We will always notify authors and allow them to make the changes if this is ever the case.
PHOTOGRAPHY
All photography must include a short description that is relevant to the theme of the issue in some capacity.
Resolution must be high, but at minimum we ask for 180-200dpi. If you are using a modern smartphone camera, we ask that photograph resolutions be at least 12MP (for example, the iPhone X/Galaxy S8 shoot 12MP). If you are unsure of the quality of your photograph, please feel free to contact us.
Photography submitted as part of a collection of photos should contain a collection name.
ARTWORK
Artwork may be physical or digital. It may also include sculpture or mixed media works.
For physical artwork:
A high quality photograph (or if possible, scan) of the artwork must be provided. For photograph resolution please see "Photography" guidelines.
For digital artwork:
Resolution must be 2480 pixels x 3508 pixels (A4 size). If your artwork is larger or smaller please note that it will be adjusted to fit A4 sizing.
All artwork should include a short description that is relevant to the theme of the issue in some capacity.

All submissions must be emailed to cobaltsubmissions@gmail.com before the deadline, which will be specified for each issue.
